Choosing the Correct Request Type

Warranty Claim – A request submitted to Euro-Wall to address a product issue covered under the manufacturer's warranty, typically involving defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.


Service Request – A request for assistance with product-related issues, adjustments, or repairs that may or may not be covered under the service agreement but require Euro-Wall's technical support or service team intervention.


Parts Request – A request for replacement or additional components for Euro-Wall products, which may be needed for repairs, maintenance, or modifications, whether under warranty or for purchase.
